B. Identifies Particular problems areas and assesses the effectiveness of current maintenance and
procedure for handling the problems promptly and efficiently.
Assists in developing preventive and routine maintenance schedules to ensure that equipment
are maintained as effectively as possible
(C). Carries out the skilled installation, maintenance, calibration and repair work, on site on a variety of
electronic, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation and systems relating to either Process, Offsite,
Common reception facilities. Equipment includes flow, pressure and temperature devices, control
valves, fire and gas detection systems, product meters, programmable logic controllers, (PLC's) and
distributed control systems (DCS's)
(D). Directs the activities of assigned Instrument Technicians (contracted).

Honeywell, Rosemount, Triconix (ESD& PLC system), Allen Bradely ,ABB.ESD
System and Bentley Nevada etc…).. Calibration ,Loop checking,. Construction of
Instrument work like Cable trench excavation, cable Laying, conduit Pipe installation, JB
installation, Instrument installation, Process impulse hook up installation, air line
installation, Control Valves, Pneumatic Valves, Motor Operated Valves Safety Valves,
Emergency Shutdown valves,Varies flow/level/pressure transmitters, Digital
